Background

An efficient ball with the ability to fly longer, flatter and with less spin. This soft-feel ball fittingly needed a boldly branded, stocking floor stand that presented the strong package design with a clean form factor and a friendly budget to boot.

Execution

This floor stand needed to convey strong branding, updateable graphics and a capacity of 48 cases. Fully assembled and packed one per skid, these floor stands were destined to live at grass roots golf and pro shops. A lightweight and inherently strong construction of steel and foamex panels formed the core structure. Dimensional Mizuno running bird logo boldly identifies the fixture while shelf mounted info graphics and a call-to-action base decoration invites the customer to experience more.

Results

Mizuno separated themselves from the sea of golf balls that typically are stacked on the floor in towering, tippy stacks. This tidy fixture is easy to shop and offers valuable information both on display and package. Received well by retailers, this easy no assembly required setup ensured placement.
