Develop a multi-function fixture solution that easily transitions from an in-store display to a mobile cart used across various retail formats from chain stores, to driving ranges, and pro shops to mobile event marketing experiences. The unit needs to be compact, easy to use, transport and ship in a standard size FedEx approved box. Durability, brand awareness, flexible product assortment and modularity were key requirements from the brand. The fitting cart’s aim is to bring the high-end fitting experience to shoppers across multiple channels while communicating the brands message; PING offers the most time-tested and precise custom-fitting process in golf.


TWM360 conducted store and location audits of the current category landscape to better understand today’s environment. A detailed set of Key Performance Factors were determined, together with PING. Our designers and engineers worked side by side to assure that even our initial concepts would adhere to all the established Key Performance Factors. This collaboration provided a new level of speed and accuracy.


Overall, the attention to the needs of the client, the collaboration at all levels, and the multi-material production of the final fitting cart created a winning formula for success and longevity. 3400 units shipped throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
